Out of Sorts — Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Out of Sorts, an application published by Clinton Boys t/a Waratah Software.
Licence
Buying Out of Sorts gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the devices your Apple Account permits. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Refunds are requested from Apple and granted under Apple’s policy; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Your data is your responsibility
Because Out of Sorts stores your data on your device and sends it nowhere, we hold no copy of it. Keep your own backups. We cannot recover anything you lose.
No warranty
Out of Sorts is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Waratah Software is not liable for loss or damage arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
